Thank you for visiting and shopping at our online store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
It is essential to us that you receive your order in a timely and professional manner. Our store offers more than 700 snack items. Because food is perishable, we only work with express courier and door to door service that requires a signature on delivery.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Al Rifai or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or custom random checks if you are ordering internationally.
We ship globally, except the following countries: Algeria, Argentina, Bahrain, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.
Some countries do not accept food shipment due to local regulation imposed by the government in place. Please do check your country legislation before placing an order with us if you have any doubt.
International orders on average take around 4-5 working days in transit time.
All orders are processed within the same day for orders in Greater Beirut and 1-2 business days if you are outside greater Beirut. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless agreed upfront with the customer. If we are experiencing a high volume of requests, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We apply a shipping and delivery charge for the value of 2 USD on local orders.
Our website (store.alrifai.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If in doubt get in touch with us by email to address what might be the tariff at your destination.
Our website (store.alrifai.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. In rare cases, we do compensate customers on missing products if the right documentation is in place and proof is present
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
